2. Website access and hosting
When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data is sent to our hosting provider, IONOS SE. This includes your IP address, the time of access, the page or file requested, and information about your browser and device. We process this data to deliver the website and maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
According to IONOS, visitor data for web hosting is anonymised and stored for eight weeks. IONOS processes the data on our behalf. More details are available in IONOS information on web hosting.
3. IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS enables WebAnalytics by default for web hosting. Technical usage data, including pages visited, access times, browser information and a shortened IP address, is evaluated statistically. According to IONOS, this does not use cookies or store visitor profiles linked to individuals. The purpose is statistical analysis and technical improvement of the website. More information is available in IONOS information on WebAnalytics.
4. Enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, we process your goals, any posting frequency and formats you select, existing social media channels and optional profile details, service scope, and any preferred start date or budget you provide. We also process your name and email address, plus any optional company or brand, phone number and message. We use this information only to handle your enquiry, contact you and, where appropriate, prepare an offer.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business enquiries. We cannot handle an enquiry without the fields marked as required. The form sends your information to our PHP endpoint on IONOS web space, which forwards it by email to our IONOS mailbox. If you switch language in the enquiry form, we briefly store the details you have entered in your browser session storage so you do not need to enter them again. They are removed from this storage when the other language version opens; only an entry no more than five minutes old is restored. This is used solely for the language switch you requested.
To protect against automated bulk submissions, the server also processes the IP address briefly in hashed form to limit the number of enquiries. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle them or for any resulting business relationship, subject to statutory retention requirements.
5. Contact by email
If you contact us directly by email, we process your sender address, message and any information it contains to reply. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries made before entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
6. Cookies, external services and recipients
This website currently does not set cookies or use browser storage to track visits or permanently save information from the enquiry form. Browser session storage is used briefly for an explicitly chosen language switch in the enquiry form, as described above. Fonts, photos and graphics are loaded from our own web space. We do not embed social media feeds, external videos, or advertising and tracking scripts.
According to IONOS, WebAnalytics evaluates technical usage data without cookies; details are given above under “IONOS WebAnalytics”. Because we currently do not use services that require consent, we do not ask for cookie consent. If the services we use change, we will check whether consent is required before enabling them and update this notice.
We use IONOS as a service provider for hosting and business email. Other recipients receive personal data only when necessary for your enquiry or required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. This website does not use automated decision making, including profiling.
For questions or to exercise your rights, please use the contact details above.
